I moved to a small town in the countryside because there was a really nice flight school over there, with many aircraft and instructors as well as a pretty good infrastructure for theoretical classes in their hangars by the side of the runway.
It was a well equipped regional airport inside a terminal area, so I could also practice phraseology in a controlled airspace...
